1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website, enrolling in a program, or purchasing services or digital products, Y/you (“the Participant”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. All courses and materials are created and facilitated by Governess Lady Ravyn, sole instructor and operator of the Academy. Participation signifies acknowledgment of these terms and voluntary engagement in all offered activities.
2. Eligibility
Programs and materials are intended exclusively for mature, consenting adults aged 18/21 and older (depending on Y/your countries age limits. By engaging with the Academy, Participants confirm that they meet this requirement and are entering voluntarily, in alignment with principles of consent, ethics, and self-responsibility.
3. Educational Purpose
The Academy provides educational, spiritual, and personal-development training in submissive lifestyles, Female-Led Relationships (FLR), and Goddess/Dominatrix leadership practices. All materials are provided for educational and personal-growth purposes only and do not constitute psychological, medical, or legal advice.
4. Intellectual Property
All written, visual, and digital materials - including lessons, rituals, scripts, and resources - are the intellectual property of Governess Lady Ravyn. Participants receive a non-transferable license for personal use only. Reproduction, distribution, resale, or public display of any material without written consent is prohibited.
5. Payments & Refunds
Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways such as Stripe, 2Checkout (Verifone), or PayPal.
By enrolling, the Participant agrees to pay all applicable fees in full when due.
Refund Policy: Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase, provided that no substantial course materials have been accessed or downloaded. After this period, or once significant content has been viewed, no refunds will be issued. Exceptions may be considered at the sole discretion of Governess Lady Ravyn for exceptional circumstances.
6. Course Access & Conduct
Access to online courses is granted upon successful payment. Sharing login credentials or redistributing materials is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access without refund. Participants are expected to engage respectfully within all digital spaces provided by the Academy.
7. Private Coaching & Consultations
Private or group sessions offered by Governess Lady Ravyn are confidential, consent-based, and educational in nature. These sessions are not refunded through insurance and are not a substitute for licensed mental-health care.
8. Limitation of Liability
Participation in any course or service is voluntary. The Academy and its Instructor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation, website use, or reliance on course material.
9. Privacy and Data Use
Personal information is collected and processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and with Canadian data-protection legislation (PIPEDA). Data is used solely for enrollment, communication, and service delivery.
